Bec Muller

Law Clerk

Bec is currently a first year law student, completing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts double degree at Monash University.  As a clerk at Holley Nethercote, she is eager to gain exposure to commercial and financial services law and learn more about this legal field.

Key areas of expertise:
  • Bec’s experience in customer service roles has advanced her oral communication and problem-solving skills, and her previous employment as a tutor has refined her written communication and editing skills.
  • Studying Criminology and Bioethics within the Bachelor of Arts has also allowed Bec to develop her ability to think critically.
  • Currently completing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts at Monash University.
  • 2017 recipient of the Holley Nethercote Commercial and Financial Services Lawyers’ Award for exemplary practise in VCE Legal Studies.
Future aspirations: 
      • Bec is looking forward to gaining practical experience in a professional workplace, alongside the completion of her law degree. In the long term, she hopes to practise law as a barrister or solicitor.

  • Sports and exercise – netball, gym
  • Watching crime documentaries
  • Travelling
  • Spending time with friends and family
