TMD Checklist – Register your interest

We are working on a new TMD checklist that your compliance team can use to check your legal obligations and leverage the public statements ASIC has made about what it expects in terms of DDOs.

The TMD checklist is designed to assist a product issuer to review its TMD to identify issues raised by ASIC in recent interim stop orders. The checklist is conveniently divided into separate sections for managed investment schemes, superannuation, CFDs, and issues common to all investment products.
